Our approach is to work in partnership with you, over time, to ensure the best denture solutions for your particular circumstances, to help restore confidence and improve the quality of your life.

Lillybrook Dental will nurture you along the denture process of teeth extraction and the 6-8 week healing period necessary before dentures can be made to fit your mouth. Impressions taken of your mouth enable dentures to be designed to fit, trialled and finally completed. Even then, we will continue to help you adjust to wearing dentures, or implant supported dentures, and caring for them so that their appearance and durability are optimised.

Denture Maintenance

To ensure your denture fits well and lasts as long as possible, we highly encourage our clients to remove their prosthesis each night before going to bed.

Soak your appliance in an effervescent cleansing solution to loosen any buildup or food debris that may have accumulated throughout the day.

The next morning, use a denture brush or soft toothbrush to clean your appliance and rinse it well. Avoid harsh abrasives and chemicals, as they could permanently damage your custom appliance. To limit the risk of oral infection, use a soft washcloth or extra-soft toothbrush to thoroughly clean your gum tissues and the inside of your mouth at least twice per day.

I can’t recommend Dr Raj and the team at Lillybrook Dental enough! I was 35 weeks pregnant and developed a terrible toothache (the worst timing!), they fit me in quickly and did everything they could to save the tooth, giving me all options and no pressure. I ended up needing a root canal and crown and was very upset and worried about the pain, they reassured me and despite the outcome for my tooth I had a great experience.
