Emergency dental needs are unpredictable, so to guide you when to call for an after hours dentist we offer a few indicators:

You are experiencing pain consistently and the pain is intensifying
A tooth has been broken or cracked due to some kind of trauma
You’re experiencing swelling, either in your mouth or around your face
Your tooth has been knocked out, through an accident, perhaps playing sport or at work. If this occurs, do your best to return the tooth to its place as soon as possible. In the event, you’re not able to, the next best option is placing the tooth in milk or saliva of the patient.

I can’t recommend Dr Raj and the team at Lillybrook Dental enough! I was 35 weeks pregnant and developed a terrible toothache (the worst timing!), they fit me in quickly and did everything they could to save the tooth, giving me all options and no pressure.
